Ingredients

  • 1 15 Ounce Can Black Beans drained
  • ¼ cup green onion chopped
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro  chopped
  • 1 cup Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa HOT
  • tsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • 1 avocado chopped

Instructions

  • Mix together black beans, green onions, red pepper and cilantro
  • Combine Salsa, lime juice, garlic and cumin and pour into bean mixture
  • Add the chopped avocado
  • Serve with Tortilla chips
