Moderate (+) Mountain Bike Ride – Wasatch State Park to Dutch Hollow

Meet: Meet at the Wasatch State Park Visitor Center for an on-time departure of 9:00 AM, 1281 Warm Springs Road, Midway.
Parking at the Visitor Center requires a state pass or day fee of $10 per vehicle fee, $5 per vehicle for Utah seniors 65 and older.
E-bikes Highly Recommended: Class 1 E-Bikes are permitted in Heber on single track. If you are interested in riding this route without motor assistance, please text Michele Levasseur for more route details.
Tailgate to Follow at Picnic Area to promote friendship among riders. Bring chairs. If you would like to bring something to share at the tailgate, please contact Michele for coordinating.
Route: Will include 1400 feet of climbing over 14 miles. We will start at the bottom of Birdie Shot Trail and go over Face to Prospect to the Dutch Hollow area. Riding time will be approximately 2+ hours. This is not for beginners, as there are many up and down switch backs.
Bring: Calorie packed snacks, plenty of water, bike tube, tire levers, pump and sunscreen. Please make sure that your tires are pumped up to the recommended tire pressure. Knee and elbow pads recommended.
Activity release: All participants are required to sign the Club’s Activity Release Form, provided by the leader at the meeting location.
Must Do the Morning Of: Check the online Club Calendar for updates regarding the ride in case of bad weather or undesirable trail conditions.
