MODERATE HIKE – SHINGLE CREEK in the UINTAS
Tuesday, June 30, 2026, 8:30-12:00
Meet by the bathrooms at the Quinn’s Sports Complex for an on-time departure at 8:30 AM or at the trailhead at 9:00 AM.
This is a moderate hike of about 5 miles with 900 feet of elevation gain. it will take about 2.5-3 hours.
Bring a National Park pass or ride with someone who has one.
Bring the four hiking essentials which are described on the Club website under “summer sports”, “hiking”, “hiking participants guide”.
Dogs are welcome; no cell service; bring a snack/lunch to enjoy at the bridge.
All participants must sign the Club’s release form that will be supplied by the leader.
