MODERATE HIKE – UP THE PC TRAIL (to the PC white letters)

Meet at 8:00 a.m. at Patty’s house, 2520 Fairway Village Drive (parking along my street is fine – just don’t block a driveway). Note: if you prefer to meet us at Round Valley trailhead, the hike will be 3.5 miles round trip.
Patty Bender will lead a moderate 4.5 mile out and back hike on Wednesday, August 26. We will walk 1/2 mile to Round Valley trailhead, then walk about 1 mile on Fast Pitch and Hat Trick to the PC trail head. This hike is part sun/part shade and elevation gain is 700 ft. Pace will be 26 minutes per mile with several water stops along the way. We will hike up to the PC letters where we will take some cool photos!
After the hike, Patty will serve fruit salad at her home for those who want a 15–30-minute break.
Dogs are welcome. All participants will be required to sign the PCMSC Activity Release form, provided by the leader.
