EASY BIKE RIDE FROM STARBUCKS PARK CITY

Meet outside Starbucks,1700 Park Ave, Suite 101, Park City, UT 84060 for a prompt 14:00 departure.

 

Leisurely bike ride from Starbucks in Park City (https://www.starbucks.com/store-locator/store/8852/park-ave-iron-horse-1700-park-ave-1700-park-avenue-park-city-ut-840605), down to Willow Creek Park and back up to Starbucks via the Old Barn.

 

Approximate route can be viewed here – https://www.outdooractive.com/en/bicycle-ride/utah/starbucks-and-back/110570151/#dm=1.  It is an easy gentle ride of 10 miles round trip; less than 500 feet elevation rise; 95% of the ride will be on cycle paths, the rest on road;  any bikes are acceptable; expected pace is 4 to 6 mph, but we will determine the pace during the ride to accommodate the slowest rider; rest stops as needed; NO RIDERS WILL BE DROPPED. About 70% of the ride will be on black top, the rest on hard packed gravel, but there is a black top route back for those with road bikes.

 

The aim is for a fun based, relaxing ride. This rides will not be a Tour de France and there will be no Yellow jersey awarded.
