This will be an out and back B/B+/A level road bike ride to the top of Guardsman Pass or Montage or Empire, All riders welcome. Climb as high as you like at your own pace with a total of approximately 36 miles to the Montage with 2,800 feet of climbing, or 40 miles to the top of Guardsman Pass with approximately 4,100 feet of elevation gain. Please go slow on the descent as the roads are curvy with possible rocks and gravel. Lauren will lead to the end the climb at the Montage, and Dave will lead to the top of Guardsman Pass. Feel free to turn around at Empire Pass. Route will start at Kimball Junction and head up Highland drive to Quinns trail and onto the Rail Trail to Deer Valley drive and start the real climb at Royal Street with a quick break at Silver Lake to then continue onto the Montage Resort and beyond.
Bring plenty of water plus the five cycling essentials.
Prior to the start of the ride, everyone must sign the Activity Release form.
