Location: Bear Lake Rest Stop, Laketown UT
Meet at the Bear Lake Rest Stop, Laketown (about 1 mile north of Rendezvous Beach) for an on-time departure at 10:00 am.
There are two options for this ride:
Option 1: B+ riders will head south from the Rest Stop to do an out and back ride on the east side of the lake (not a loop).
•Mile 2.8, Left turn on Main Street (at Sinclair gas station)
•Mile 23.6, Left turn on N. Beach Road
•Mile 25.5, Turn around at entrance to Bear Lake State Park – North Beach
•Return the way we came
•51 miles total, flat
Option 2: A- riders will head north from the Rest Stop and do a clockwise loop around Bear Lake
•Mile 19.8, Right turn on Lifton Road
•Mile 24.6, Right turn on Eastshore Rosd
•Mile 47.3, Right turn on Bear Lake Blvd (at Sinclair gas station)
•Mile 50.1, 750 feet of climbing End of ride at the Rest Stop
After the ride, we’ll plan on getting something to eat in Garden City, before the drive home.
As always, prior to the start of the ride, you must sign the Activity Release form provided by the ride leaders.
