Apple Crisp (Gluten Free or Not)
This Apple Crisp is easy to make and turns out perfect every time! It can be made either gluten free or not and turns out excellent either way!

- 1 2 qt baking dish
Ingredients
Filling
- 5 cup apples sliced
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1.5 ounces Amaretto
- 1.5 ounces Grand Marnier
Topping
- ¾ cup Oatmeal
- ¼ cup All Purpose or Gluten Free Flour
- ⅓ cup Brown Sugar Firmly Packed
- ½ cup Sugar
- 8 tbsp Butter Cut into small pieces Cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

- Heat oven to 350°F
Filling
- Place apples in large bowl
- Mix Sugar and Cinnamon and sprinkle over apples
- Add Amaretto and Gran Marnier and stir well
- Spoon into baking dish
Topping
- Combine oats, flour blend, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl
- Cut butter into topping mixture until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
- Sprinkle evenly over apples in baking dish
- ake 50-60 minutes until fruit is tender and topping is crisp
