The Bash serves as the Annual General Meeting for all current members of Park City Mountain Sports Club. In addition to the meeting, there will be a buffet dinner and dance. Seating is limited to 120 so RSVP early to ensure that you get a ticket. There will be a waiting list once that number is reached. This is a members-only event due to the presentation of budget reports and voting in of new and returning Board members.
There will be a cocktail hour with appetizers starting at 6:00 PM followed by a brief discussion of Club business and a vote. A buffet dinner will then be served followed by dancing to DJ Dave and his lovely assistant, Chandra. This year, the chef has requested to be notified of the number of people who need gluten-free dinners. Please text Irene with your name and this information. The bar is credit card only and please remember to tip the bartenders. Bottles of wine are available to buy. No BYOB due to Utah State liquor laws.
This year’s theme is Western so bring out all those cowboy hats, boots, belts, and clothing if you have them. Western dress is not mandatory so come as you are. DJ Dave knows our tastes in music and will play them all.
Tickets are $55 per person, a price increase reflecting the escalating costs over the years in Park City. There are 2 ways to RSVP and pay:
- Sign up via the form at the bottom of this page and pay by your credit card, or
- Write a check to PCMSC postmarked by Wednesday, February 25 to Pam Carlquist, 2148 Twilight Ct. Park City, UT 84060.
- Reservations are confirmed by your name listed at the bottom of the calendar event. No payment is allowed at the door.
