Dog and Bring Your Own Suds!
Things change and remain the same. Our June party in the park will happen as it has for fifteen years. Times change, and we adapt. The board did not have the time to secure a proper license, so this will be a BYOB event. If you feel the club should secure a license for this one-time event each year, speak up. However, we may ask you to assist in the licensing process. The party will be excellent; just bring your own beverage, realizing that water and soft drinks will be provided. The club, for a reduced price, will provide great food, and you will be part of the entertainment. Be there—June 25th at 6:30 PM. The snow will be gone, and we will celebrate an exceptional Friday night in Park City. Interesting dress encouraged. Bring your “A”-grade stories. Fiction is expected. Truth that is interesting will be appreciated.
The summer outdoor activities are being scheduled. Please let us know your ideas for having fun hiking, biking or hanging out with our pals. Remember, we are all charged with the duty of having fun and helping our members make the most of the summer. Step forward and contribute. All you need is a story, a joke and a willingness to lead an event. Leading is easy. We even have ideas for the hikes, bike rides; and Jon Scarlet has many jokes he may be willing to lend. Do not screw this up! Summer is short, and we expect each member to enjoy the season to the maximum. Your job is to have fun. We will assist. Fun is contagious, so contribute and we’ll have an epidemic!
